IBCT Partnership Models – Gulf Region
The International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT) offers two distinct partnership pathways designed to expand access to its internationally recognized, in-person certification programs across the Gulf region.
Each pathway is structured to ensure quality assurance, ethical practice, and alignment with IBCT’s global standards, while accommodating different professional and organizational profiles.
Authorized Training Partner (ATP)
The Authorized Training Partner (ATP) model is designed for training centers, institutes, universities, and organizations that wish to host and deliver IBCT trainers certification programs (TOTs) under official authorization.
Role: Local delivery hubs providing facilities, logistical support, and participant coordination—while adhering strictly to IBCT’s certification frameworks and quality requirements.
Best fit when your organization:
ATP status enables direct collaboration with IBCT to deliver structured trainer certification programs (TOT/TTT) with institutional credibility and compliance.
Authorized Agent (AA)
The Authorized Agent (AA) model is designed for independent individuals, consultants, and TOT market developers who can organize training groups but do not operate a training center.
Focus: IBCT TOT Market development, TOT participant recruitment, and program coordination—working with IBCT and, where applicable, Authorized Training Partners.
Best fit when individuals:
Important: Authorized Agents do not deliver training independently or represent themselves as training institutions. All programs remain subject to IBCT oversight, approval, and certification procedures.
A Unified Standard
Both partnership tracks operate under one quality system—ensuring consistency, credibility, and global recognition.
This dual-track partnership structure allows IBCT to expand regionally while preserving the integrity, credibility, and global recognition of its certifications.
